Andrew Beedle and his team from Brand Distillers consulting firm will provide a hands-on nonprofit workshop on how to create a comprehensive nonprofit marketing strategy for your organization to implement prior to and the day of Roanoke Valley Gives. Andrew will focus on the secret of successful marketing and help you determine your product’s product’s product.  \nNonprofit staff and board members are welcome!  Space is limited. \nCOST: There is a fee of $10.00 per person. Please note that if you register and are unable to make the event\, you will need to let Community Foundation staff know immediately so that others may participate.   \nRegistrants who do not show will automatically be added to the wait list for the next networking meeting. \nSpeaker: \nAndrew Beedle\, Founder and CEO of Brand Distillers \n \nAndrew founded Brand Distillers in 1998 to provide strategy\, support\, and results to clients who were just embarking on marketing in the digital world. In the nearly 20 years that have followed\, their company has kept clients at the forefront of every major (and effective) trend in digital marketing. In 2016 alone\, their campaigns resulted in directly attributable new revenue for clients in excess of $40\,000\,000. It will cover the steps to starting or growing a successful planned giving program\, and finish with an introduction to some of the more sophisticated estate planning techniques of which nonprofit development officers should be aware.  \nNonprofit staff and board members are welcome!  Space is limited. \nCOST: Free! Please note that if you register and are unable to make the networking event\, you will need to let Foundation staff know immediately so that others may participate. Registrants who do not show will automatically be added to the wait list for the next networking meeting. \nSpeaker: \n \nLuke Young joined American National Bank and Trust Company in February 2018. He has 14 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration. \nPrior to joining American National\, Luke worked as an attorney for the wealth management division of Reed Smith LLP and was a trust officer for Burke & Herbert Bank. Luke is a graduate of Georgetown University\, Walsh School of Foreign Service\, where he earned his B.S. in Foreign Service. He received his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 2005. He also is an honors graduate of The Cannon Trust School.  Luke has been involved in numerous civic\, nonprofit\, and religious organizations in Washington\, D.C.\, Northern Virginia\, and in Roanoke.
