Nonprofits are essential to the vitality of our community – the place we all call home. Each organization provides important and very challenging work daily and the Foundation is committed to ensuring the nonprofit community continues to be strong and healthy. From financials to fundraising, volunteer management, leadership development, and even stress management! The list goes on and on.
What is the Purpose of NPO CONNECT?
- Offer local nonprofit staff and board members the opportunity to network on a more frequent basis. Building long-lasting partnerships among nonprofits is key!
- Provide an educational series on topics that span the different areas of nonprofit management from a variety of speakers throughout the year.
- Provide opportunities to celebrate and recognize the great work that all nonprofit organizations provide to our community.
Who can Participate?
NPO CONNECT encourages the participation of nonprofit staff and board leaders within the Foundation’s service area. There may also be events that are open to other communities outside of our service area. Details will be provided in all registration materials.
What does NPO Connect Cost?
We know that budgets are tight! The cost will be either FREE or minimal depending on the speaker, venue and event. The Foundation will do its best (as always!) to keep costs low and will underwrite as much as possible.
